### TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Ephem Atelier. By purchasing from our platform, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following unilateral conditions.

1. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed by any collector without prior justification. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors, or transactions flagged by our fraud analysis network.

2. PRICE & VISUAL TYPOGRAPHY INFALLIBILITY
All prices displayed are non-negotiable and final. We enforce a zero-discount policy ("No Sale"). In the event that a typographical error or technical glitch occurs regarding visual layout, currency, or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel any affected transactions.

3. HANDCRAFTED NATURE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that all artifacts are handcrafted with unique physical characteristics. Natural variations in premium leather grains, organic textures, or hand-finished metals are markers of authenticity and individual identity, not manufacturing defects.
